  1. The Supplier will provided the Purchaser with the opportunity to inspect all orders and goods at the time and place of collection or delivery. In acceptance of the Goods, the Purchaser has accepted the Goods in its present condition and size, no claims can be made against the Seller after the delivery or collection.

  2. Clearance products as well as custom cut and made joineries, stone top can not be refunded, returned, replaced or exchanged. 

  3. A 45% deposit is required for all custom/ project orders prior to production, full payment is required for in-store or online purchase of all stocked products at the time of purchase or prior to delivery/pickup, unless an alternative agreement is reached between Seller and Purchaser.

  4. Delay in project / custom order payment may impact order/project production and shipping arrangements, and Seller should not be held responsible for any delay and/or any consequences and penalties that are associated with the delay. 

  5. All custom / project orders are offered a free 3 months storage at our Moorabbin warehouse, beyond this point, it will be $100 per day. All supply funds must be cleared within one month from the custom / project order completion dates.

  6. The Purchaser will be assumed to have accepted the Custom - made/order and clearance Goods unconditionally unless notice of any claim is given at the time of inspection and delivery on the same day.

  7. The Supplier retains a security interest in the Goods until the full payment is obtained from the Purchaser. Seller has the right to sell or dispose unwanted order at Purchaser's cost if the payment is not being finalised in full within 3 days after Final Notice issued by the Seller.

  8. Return and exchange request must be made within 7 days after purchase ( excluding custom products ), goods must be in the original packaging sealed. Change of mind will not be accepted.
