5 and 10 Year Warranty & Terms, Conditions:

Any claim under this warranty must be made with in 10 years of the date of purchase of the product. To make a claim under the warranty, take the product (with proof of purchase) to our warehouse or contact complaints@tersunts.com. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use; this does not apply, when:

  1. consumable parts that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials;

  2. cosmetic damage, to boxes, packaging or exterior surfaces (including during transit);

  3. damage caused by use with another product;.......

  4. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

  5. damage caused by operating the Product outside any guidelines published for use;

  6. damage caused by service or misconduct (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any sub contractor with own ABN or anyone who is not a representative of T'er SUN. TS or anyone who does not hold a valid relevant license ( i.e. qualified plumber or licensed builder ) ;

  7. damage relates to something independent of T'er SUN business, after goods left business's control ( i.e. goods left warehouse );

  8. the products are used in commercial or public properties;

  9. a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of T'er SUN. TS, including but not limited to installation of custom firmware or other software;

  10. defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the Product,

  11. any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product,

  12. the product is stolen or T'er SUN. TS reasonably believes that the product is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities, or

  13. proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) cannot be provided,

  14. The Supplier will provided the Purchaser with the opportunity to inspect the Custom - made/order Goods and clearance products at the time and place of delivery. In acceptance of the Goods, the Purchaser has accepted the Goods in its present condition and size. Clearance products as well as custom cut and made joineries, stone top can not be refunded, returned, replaced or exchanged. 

  15. A 45% deposit is required for all custom/ project orders prior to production, unless an alternative agreement is reached between Seller and Purchaser. Delay in payment may impact order/project production and shipping arrangements, and Seller should not be held responsible for any delay and/or any consequences and penalties that are associated with the delay. 

  16. All custom / project orders are offered a free 3 months storage at our Moorabbin warehouse, beyond this point, it will be $100 per day. All supply funds must be cleared within one month from the custom / project order completion dates.

  17. The Purchaser will be assumed to have accepted the Custom - made/order and clearance Goods unconditionally unless notice of any claim is given at the time of inspection and delivery on the same day.

  18. The Supplier retains a security interest in the Goods until the full payment is obtained from the Purchaser. Seller has the right to sell or dispose unwanted order at Purchaser's cost if the payment is not being finalised in full within 3 days after Final Notice issued by the Seller.

  19. Return and exchange request must be made within 7 days after purchase ( excluding custom products ), goods must be in the original packaging sealed. Change of mind will not be accepted.
