Any claim under this warranty must be made with in 10 years of the date of purchase of the product. To make a claim under the warranty, take the product (with proof of purchase) to our warehouse or contact complaints@tersunts.com. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use; this does not apply, when:

1. consumable parts that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials;

2. cosmetic damage, to boxes, packaging or exterior surfaces (including during transit);

3. damage caused by use with another product;

4. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

5. damage caused by operating the Product outside any guidelines published for use;

6. damage caused by service or misconduct (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any sub contractor with own ABN or anyone who is not a representative of T'er SUN. TS or anyone who does not hold a valid relevant license ( i.e. qualified plumber or licensed builder ) ;

7. damage relates to something independent of T'er SUN business, after goods left business's control ( i.e. goods left warehouse );

8. the products are used in commercial or public or investment or rental properties;

9. a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability or accuracy without the written permission of T'er SUN. TS, including but not limited to installation of custom products that are made and provided by T'er SUN. T'er SUN has the right to terminate the service with the party upon unauthorised modifications;

10. defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the Product,

11. any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product,

12. the product is stolen or T'er SUN. TS reasonably believes that the product is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities, or

13. proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) cannot be provided.

14. Return and exchange request must be made within 7 days after purchase ( excluding custom products ), goods must be in the original packaging sealed. Change of mind will not be accepted.

15. 5 years on all joineries; 10 years on all stones; life-time warranty on hardwares to all original owners; 45 years on aluminium windows & doors depending on the level of maintenance given to the windows or doors. Terms and Conditions apply.
