SITE INSPECTION

An obligation-free onsite meeting allows us to make a preliminary assessment of your site’s land characteristics. This can help us provide guidelines for you on what is possible within your budget, time frame and within any limitations imposed by your site.

INITIAL DESIGN & APPROVAL

A Preliminary Agreement allows us to organise a site survey, soil test, planning report and concept design on your behalf, for a set fee. These findings are yours to keep. We will also provide you with an estimated build cost for approval.

PLANNING

Once we received an initial ' go ahead ', we’ll then review the detail of your design concept and costing against your specifications and budget and take you through a multitude of options for fixtures and finishes. We will work with you to incorporate your design and lifestyle requirements into your home. When you are satisfied with the design, we will finalise your documentation, including drawings, engineering design, and if required, planning approvals.

INTERACTIVE DESIGN TEAM

While we’re looking after the planning side of things, we will refer you to our Interactive Design Studio to select the fittings and fixtures for your new home. To assist with your selections, we can provide consultations with our Interior Designer to guide your choice of bricks, roofing, door handles, tiles, plumbing fixtures, tapware, basins and so on. We also offer virtual walk-through software as an additional service.

FINAL QUOTING & APPROVAL

Our quote will include a comprehensive schedule of fittings and finishes, a realistic timeframe for completion and a copy of the building contract and documentation. Once the contract is signed, we can organise building approvals or you can engage your own building surveyor if you desire. Then commencement of demolition (if applicable) and construction can begin!

BUILDING

Throughout your build, we provide access to our system, which keeps you informed with detailed progress updates and images. We can also organise regular on-site walkthroughs of the project. If you happen to change your mind about an aspect of your design during the process, we’ll work closely with you to try to incorporate any changes you have in mind.

HANDOVER

This is the day you move into your new luxury home! Before we hand over the keys, we will make sure you are satisfied with every single aspect of your home. You’ll receive a Home Owner’s manual complete with warranties, instructions, servicing and cleaning advice, so you can maintain the quality and value of your investment.

MAINTENANCE

We will be there to attend to any maintenance issues you may have after 3 months and then again at 12 months after completion. Satisfied clients are our best referral.
